COURSES

Our baseball training courses focus on developing well-rounded players through strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, and intentional practice. We emphasize understanding the 'why' behind each lesson, not just repetition. Our program teaches players how to play the game correctly, think strategically, and focus on the small details that lead to victories. Using video analysis, we refine mechanics and decision-making while incorporating techniques from other sports to build better athletes and baseball players.

What Others Have To Say

Andre Butler, Founder of Graveyard Mentality

β€œI have been fortunate to work alongside with Troy and witness the work he’s put in with players. His attention to detail on both the offensive and defensive side of the game allow his players to fully grasp the knowledge and apply it to their game. Troy’s ability to relate to his players while still creating a professional relationship is what makes his teaching style so unique. His willingness to stay up to speed on the nuances of the game assures me that he will continue to play a pivotal role in many players success for years to come.”

Connor Norby, Miami Marlins

β€œTroy was always a guy who understood players, and that’s a lost art. The game, and getting the most out of your guys isn’t always about analytics and numbers. Being able to connect and grow a relationship and trust is crucial, and you end up getting the most out of your guys that way. Not every change or adjustment you make works, but if you trust the people around you that they have your best interest, you will find solutions faster”

Kyle Stewart, Top Tier California & B.O.X. Athletics

β€œWatching firsthand Troy's evolution from a player, to front office, to youth coach, to MILB coach, I can with full confidence say that his understanding and knowledge of the fine details of the game are second to none. His demeanor and ability to teach in a calm and constructive manner only make his coachability more impressive.”

Roberto Mercado, β€˜Double A’ Manager for the Baltimore Orioles

β€œI had the pleasure of working with Troy Marrow when he was in the Orioles organization.  Focusing on the fundamentals is something he excelled at.  He is extremely knowledgeable and any young player would benefit from his experiences, knowledge, and high IQ of the game.”

Isaiah Paige, Baseball Coach for the University of Missouri

β€œAs a college coach, one of the most frustrating things with some incoming players is a lack of Baseball IQ and understanding of what fundamental baseball is. Troy’s work to reintroduce that aspect to the youth of the game will be instrumental in each player’s development and development of the game as a whole.”

Jim Koerner, USA Baseball Director of Player Development

β€œAs Troy’s college coach at North Carolina Central University, I have had the privilege of watching him grow from a talented college athlete into a true professional in the world of baseball. His journey is a testament to his relentless dedication, skill, and passion for the game. During his college years, Troy displayed exceptional discipline and a commitment to excellence that set him apart from his peers. His transition to the coaching world only solidified his reputation as a dependable, hardworking player with a deep understanding of the game. His diversified coaching background from college, professional and USA Baseball is a perfect blend that helps him relate to all levels of talent.”

our VALUES

family

We desire to encourage families to create a baseball-loving home, while maintaining the family as priority. We build on a foundation of care and belonging, while encouraging families to put their spouses and children before the game.

humility

Humility is often neglected, but is what separates the good from the great. We believe that those that remain humble will be rewarded long-term. We create a culture that is open to learning, developing, collaborating, and serving others with respect and integrity.

dedication

Competition is highest for those that put in the least amount of work and dedication, but lowest for those that commit and strive for excellence. Are you willing to keep showing up and getting 1% better each day to outwork your competition?

accountability

We encourage players to take ownership of their decisions, actions, and outcomes. We expect follow-through on a β€œyes” to training and development, while pursuing integrity and leadership on and off the field.
